A period print from the Sidney Z. Lucas studio in New York, printed in 1931 and carrying the SZL monogram. The studio's craft was fine reproduction lithography: this is a mid-century print after an earlier artist, not an original plate by that artist's hand. The archive was examined and authenticated by Phillips, Son & Neale, London. The original printing plates were destroyed, so once a design sells through it cannot be reprinted. Sold unframed, shipped from Switzerland.
